Let's find your dream home

"From the moment Chris sold me the home to the moment he helped me sell the home, Chris was a complete professional every step of the way. I highly recommend using him with your next home purchase or home sale."

"I’ve known Chris for a long time and have done business with him previously before he was a real estate agent. So, I already knew how professional and reliable he is. As expected, Chris was excellent right from the start. He listened to our needs, crafted a plan and helped us find the right property quickly. We had a limited time to find and close on a house and he positioned us well to be able to bid on properties ensuring success. His local connections were instrumental in landing the property and his negotiation skills got us a great deal. We were able to find and close on a property in roughly 40 days from first contact and it would have been faster if not for some factors outside of our control. My family and I are eternally grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy, rent or sell a home in Palm Beach County."

"Selected Chris to be my realtor because I know him to be a determined, goal oriented and creative professional. He used a strategy that helped us close quickly with a full offer. I also had him to help me find a short term rental that was perfect for my current situation and when I am ready to purchase home again, I will use his services again. I recommend Chris for all things when it comes to real estate. I have sent him referrals working in the Senior Living industry, as he holds a multitude of compassionate layers with empathy and pivots to help his client in their specific circumstances that will best fit their needs and lead to success. Do not hesitate to use Chris for any of your realty needs."

"I highly recommend Chris Adair. He was an angel when my family was in time of need. My mom suddenly had to be moved to an assisted living facility and with me being out of state, Chris went above and beyond to have all our needs met! Chris got two full price offers within two days of listing and finalized a closing within a month. Not only was he able to get our asking price, but he went the extra mile. He referred and organized junk removal, packed and stored personal belongings and had them transported to a storage facility. He set up cleaning of the property and organized a photoshoot for the listing. He arranged to have an antique car transported out of state and helped sell my mom’s vehicle. Chris knocked it out of the park and helped lessen the stress on an already stressful situation. Chris is a doer and used his connections to get it done! If you need a realtor, get Chris Adair! I can’t recommend him enough."
